Broadway Bound is a newly designed 5000 square foot building of studios, offices, and support space for a growing dance school. The client required visibility and exposure for a busy main street environment. The interiors are well lit so passersby will see the activity whether walking or driving. This provides the desired exposure for the client.
The two main dance studios face the street with interior viewing halls for parents and observers to watch through two-way mirror glass.
